8 oz Sirloin Bavette Steak (20 Steaks, 10 lb average)Seared Beef Filet Pan Method Generously coat the filet with flaky salt. Heat a skillet over medium high to high heat. Add butter to the pan. Once butter is melted, add the steaks. While the steaks sear, use a spoon to continuously pour the melted butter on top of the steak. You want to infuse all of that flavor into the meat!
