Simpson 2-1/2" x 9-1/2" DGT Top-Flange Fire Wall Hanger DGT2.56/9.5Ideal for multifamily, multilevel Type III residential construction, the patent pending DGT is a load tested fire wall hanger with a two hour fire rating. It's the first fire wall hanger designed to install with a power nailer, saving time before hanging drywall, which helps keep construction projects on schedule. This top flange hanger provides space for two layers of 5 8" gypsum board (drywall) to be slipped into place after the framing is complete.

This tote is good. Great size, looks more expensive than what it was and I have received compliment on it. The reason I gave three stars is that it does not stays closed! The magnets are just not strong enough to keep it closed.

I needed a tote bag to carry a spiral bound notebook, credit card, keys, iPad or laptop and iPhone. It works. I got the brown color which works well with black and just about any other color. I like the external look...reminds me of the Coach bags without all the metal. The bag doesn't look like a $300 bag, but I didn't pay $300 either.
