Tris-HEPES-SDS Buffer 20X for ElectrophoresisTris HEPES SDS Buffer 20X for Electrophoresis contains HEPES, 4 (2 hydroxyethyl) 1 piperazineethanesulfonic acid, and SDS, 4 (2 hydroxyethyl) 1 piperazineethanesulfonic acid. This buffer is used as a running buffer for gel electrophoresis. Bring solution to room temperature and shake stir well before using. If SDS falls out of solution, gently increase temperature while stirring.
