Simpson Concrete Repair Paste-Over Epoxy ETR16ETR is a fast curing epoxy used to paste over and seal cracks while securing injection ports to the surface of concrete substrates prior to injecting an epoxy or urethane crack repair product. When properly mixed, the product will be a uniform gray color and can be left in place or removed after the repair is complete. Also ideal for small concrete repairs and miscellaneous patching. Not sure how sparkly

Smells good, with only a slight chemical part to it that goes away. The sparkle was harder to see, but maybe that’s because it was windy when I sprayed it and it wasn’t very sunny.
